  • A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on the project size.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services at least 24 hours before the scheduled work to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and may be provided in cases of service non-performance or unresolved issues.

Workmanship Guarantee

  • We ensure high-quality craftsmanship and materials in all our services.

  • Clients must report any defects or concerns within 1-MONTH for a service revision.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, external factors, or third-party alterations after service completion.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide safe and accessible work environments for our team.

  • Any required permits, approvals, or third-party agreements must be arranged by the client unless stated otherwise.

  • Changes to the project scope must be communicated promptly and may result in additional costs.

Liability & Insurance

  • We are fully insured but are not liable for pre-existing issues, structural weaknesses, or unforeseen damages unrelated to our work.

  • Clients agree to hold AJCZ Construction & General Services harmless from liability beyond the agreed-upon service scope.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store client information only for service purposes.

  • Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Labor Code. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
